The quality system is organized to monitor processes and operations throughout the microbial identification, instrumentation, and technical services activities through the performance of self-assessment audits, error management and customer feedback in order to facilitate continual improvement and to ensure impartiality of the activities performed.

Charles River Shanghai performs all testing activities in accordance with the Charles River Shanghai quality system that reflects ISO 17025:2017 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.
